How ClearCardio works
How ClearCardio Works, Step-by-Step
From first call to measurable plaque change, here's exactly what your next 12–24 months looks like.
Patient Prevention Assessment
Meet with a ClearCardio Specialist to review your history, current health, and goals. We'll confirm you're a good fit, answer your questions, and map out your next steps. No pressure, no scare tactics. Just facts and options.
Advanced Imaging + Bloodwork
You'll complete a high-resolution CCTA heart scan, AI analysis and an advanced bloodwork panel. This gives us a 3D view of your coronary arteries and a deep look at the hidden drivers of plaque, so we stop guessing and start measuring.
Deep-Dive Results & Diagnosis
Dr. Osborne and the ClearCardio team review your imaging and labs in detail, then walk you through exactly what we found: where plaque is, how risky it is, and what it means for your future.
Personalized Treatment Plan
If you decide to continue under the care of ClearCardio, our 12–24 month journey begins with a personalized treatment and lifestyle plan designed to help reduce or stabilize your plaque, tracking specific markers along the way:
- VO₂ Max
- HRV
- Arterial Age
- Inflammation
- Glucose
- Lipids
- Body Composition
- Visceral Fat
- Bone Density
- Weight
Ongoing Care & Repeat Imaging
Over the next 12–24 months, we adjust your medications, nutrition, and lifestyle based on your data. Repeat imaging and labs at key milestones are included, so you can literally see your plaque and risk curve change on screen.

Book a Patient Assessment →The difference
Reactive medicine vs. real prevention.
The old way
- Stress tests & EKGs that only see late-stage blockages
- "Everything looks good" — until it suddenly doesn't
- Wait for symptoms, then stents and bypass surgery
- Soft, rupture-prone plaque goes completely undetected
The ClearCardio way
- 640-slice CCTA + AI that sees inside the artery wall
- Plaque quantified to a tenth of a cubic millimeter
- Caught in its silent phase — years before symptoms
- A plan to treat it — surgery as the last resort, not the first
The Heart Proof Guarantee
We put our money behind your results.
Over 18 months, our goal is specific and written down: reduce your high-risk soft plaque burden by at least 10% — or demonstrably halt its growth — while moving your key biomarkers toward agreed target ranges.
If you've done your part — completed the prescribed scans, labs, home monitoring, medications and physician check-ins — and your follow-up ClearCardio Experience at month 18 does not show that improvement, you choose:
Detect it. Treat it. Measure the change. Our commitment is specific, in writing, and backed by the terms above.

Questions, answered
Everything people ask before booking.
Is the scan safe? How much radiation is involved?
Yes — for appropriate candidates the scan is considered safe. The 640-slice CCTA uses a fraction of the radiation of older CT scanners, the protocol is optimized per patient, and Dr. Osborne's team reviews whether imaging is appropriate for you before anything is scheduled.
I already had a calcium score of zero. Do I still need this?
A calcium score only sees hardened (calcified) plaque. The soft, rupture-prone plaque that drives most heart attacks is invisible to it. A zero score lowers risk but does not rule out disease — the CCTA sees both plaque types inside the artery wall.
How fast do I get results?
Most patients have real answers in as little as 7 days from their first consultation — including a personally-read scan and a treatment plan session with the team.
Is this covered by insurance?
ClearCardio is a concierge prevention program and is typically self-pay. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds. We'll walk you through options on your call — with zero pressure and full transparency.
Is my health information secure?
Yes. We operate under HIPAA with BAA-supported scheduling and storage systems. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
What if plaque is found?
That's exactly what the program is for. You'll get a personalized treatment plan — medication, lipids, nutrition, sleep, stress and inflammation — plus 12 months of concierge follow-up and re-testing to verify the plan is working.
Can't I just get a cardiac CT scan somewhere else?
Yes — cardiac CT scans are increasingly available elsewhere. But the scan is just the tool: what matters is what's being measured, who's reading it, and what they do next. Relatively few physicians specialize in high-resolution CCTA interpretation — and fewer still integrate AI analysis, genetic risk, lipid profiling and treatment protocols into one personalized plan. The scan matters, but so does the expertise behind it.
Why doesn't my cardiologist talk about this?
Most cardiologists are trained to intervene after symptoms appear — catheterizations, stents, bypass surgery — not to detect disease early. Very few U.S. cardiologists hold additional board certifications in lipidology and hypertension, and advanced CCTA interpretation is a specialized skill relatively few physicians pursue. Your doctor may mean well and still be using tools that can't see soft plaque.
