About ClearCardio®
ClearCardio® wasn't created to fit into the current medical system. It was created to replace it — and to save 10 million lives over the next 10 years.
The mission
Heart disease is the #1 killer in America precisely because the system waits for symptoms. We invert the model: detect the disease in its silent phase with 640-slice CCTA + FDA-cleared AI, and treat it with a personalized, physician-led plan — long before it ever causes a symptom. Because heart disease is largely genetic, measurable, and in many cases largely preventable.
"Heart disease is largely genetic, 100% measurable — and in many cases, totally preventable."
Meet Dr. John Osborne, MD, PhD — your preventive cardiologist
Dr. John Osborne, MD, PhD, is a preventive cardiologist in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and the founder and medical director of ClearCardio. He holds a PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology and is nationally recognized for his expertise in how medications interact — especially for patients who are misdiagnosed, overmedicated, undermedicated, or unknowingly on drug combinations that work against each other. He was among the first physicians in Texas to adopt cardiac CT angiography, and he hasn't performed a heart catheterization in more than two decades — not because he couldn't, but because he found a better, earlier way.
His care doesn't stop at prescriptions: every prevention plan integrates lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management. For over 25 years he's studied the genetic roots of heart disease, proving that family history is not fate — as long as you act early. Surgery is his absolute last resort. His mission: save 10 million lives over the next 10 years.
The system is built to react — not prevent
The modern medical system is built to react, not prevent. Most cardiologists are trained — and reimbursed — to intervene after symptoms appear, not to find disease in its silent phase. So the system's attention and resources concentrate on late-stage procedures:
Each costs tens of thousands of dollars. But by then the disease is already advanced — and the root cause, microscopic rupture-prone plaque, has been ignored the whole time.
are board-certified in lipidology AND hypertension — the expertise you need to detect and treat disease early.
are trained and certified to read and interpret coronary CT angiograms (CCTA) — the high-resolution heart scan that can catch this plaque before symptoms appear.
Even well-intentioned doctors may rely on tests that were never designed to find early soft plaque. If you've been told to "wait and see" based on a stress test, the most important question — what's actually in your arteries — is still unanswered.

A 2023 calcium score came back positive but "not alarming." The CCTA revealed stage 3 disease.

On statins by choice since 30. Passed every stress test. A calcium score of 30 didn't sit right — the soft plaque was the real threat.
